What we expect from you:-

• complete a quick and simple application form,
• wait for contact from a member of staff and arrange a meeting,  
• provide a current DBS certificate (if your on the update service that's great), 
• undertake an online safeguarding course
• provide details of your current first aid course (16 hours outdoor first aid is preferable), and
• provide evidence of a walking qualification.

• As a qualified and experienced staff member, we expect you to be comfortable working with up to 2 walking groups at Bronze & Silver level. 

What you can expect from us:-

• A named Expedition Manager,
• Clear instructions and briefings on the ground,
• An understanding of the young people you will be working with,
• Campsite cake, breakfast bap & hot drinks,  
• 7 - day turn around on invoices, and 
• the chance to meet a lot of friendly staff from across the UK. 
• There is no expectation for over-night care. 
• Our pay rates are reviewed yearly and we cover all campsite fees.
